These products are custom imprinted advertising.  Once items are ordered and imprint is agreed upon and put into production, they wont do another customer any good with your advertising on them, so we do ask that you not cancel after the fact.  We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If items are damaged, non functional, or imprint is incorrect we will of course redo the order and make it correct.  We want our customers to be happy and will do what we need to make that happen.
